Accord Book is self-hosted with no call-home — we cannot meter seats, projects, or data volume, and we have decided not to try. An extra seat costs us nothing. Flat pricing is honest about what we can and cannot control, and it means adding client seats to the portal doesn't come with a penalty.
You create accounts with OpenAI, Anthropic, or other providers under your own name and billing. You put those API keys in the Accord Book configuration on your deployment. The provider bills you. We do not mark usage up. When you operate the stack, those calls do not pass through Vector Intelligence.
Annual prepaid is the default and is the price shown. Monthly billing can be discussed and adds approximately 15% to the annual equivalent rate.
You keep the version you have running. We do not shut it down. You lose access to future feature updates and priority support, but security patches remain available for supported versions.
Accord Book is a single-organization Docker Compose stack on your infrastructure (VPS, bare metal, or private cloud VPC). There is no shared multi-tenant database of other agencies’ projects, and the product is not built to phone home with project content. Model calls use your API keys and go to your provider, under that provider’s terms. When you operate the stack, Vector Intelligence is not on that prompt path. If we assist with installation, host access is part of that agreement. It is not the same thing as a token markup, and it is not a promise that a security review will be easy.
