Accord Book is self-hosted with no call-home — we cannot meter seats, projects, or data volume, and we have decided not to try. An extra seat costs us nothing. Flat pricing is honest about what we can and cannot control, and it means adding client seats to the portal doesn't come with a penalty.
You create accounts with OpenAI, Anthropic, or other providers under your own name and billing. You paste your API keys into the Accord Book configuration. Your usage goes directly on your bill. We never see it, never touch it, and never mark it up.
Annual prepaid is the default and is the price shown. Monthly billing can be discussed and adds approximately 15% to the annual equivalent rate.
You keep the version you have running. We do not shut it down. You lose access to future feature updates and priority support, but security patches remain available for supported versions.
Prices shown are in USD and exclude applicable taxes (VAT, GST, etc.). EUR pricing and VAT handling are discussed at signing for EU customers.
