Founding pilot cohort — June 2026

6–8 weeks, free, 3 spots remaining.

We set up Accord Book on your infrastructure together. You use the full product on real projects. At the end you decide whether to continue — at a founding-cohort rate that locks in for Year 1.

6–8 wks
Pilot duration

Short enough to be low-risk. Long enough to use Accord Book on real delivery work.

$0
License fee during pilot

Full product, all updates released during the period. You pay only for your own AI API usage.

40% off
Founding-cohort Year 1

Locked in at signing. Pilot teams keep the founding rate as the product grows.

What the pilot includes

Everything in the current release, plus direct founder access throughout.

Assisted installation

We configure the deployment on your infrastructure together — integration wiring, Slack, GitHub, environment setup. You are not reading a README alone.

Full product access

Project memory, conflict detection, owner arbitration, agent preflight via MCP, daily digests, arc42 + ADR spec generation — all shipped capabilities, ready to use.

All updates during the pilot

Any feature update released during your pilot period is included. You run the latest version for the full 6–8 weeks.

Direct founder access

Questions, friction, and feedback go straight to the founders. No support queue. Your real-project experience shapes the roadmap before public launch.

What you need to bring

Accord Book is self-hosted. Your data lives on your servers, under your control.

A Linux VPS or cloud instance

Minimum 32 GB RAM — a DigitalOcean, Hetzner, or equivalent droplet in the $50–80/mo range. You control it, we never access it without your permission.

Your own AI API keys (BYOK)

Accord Book uses your OpenAI or Anthropic keys for LLM work. You pay for that usage directly under your own account — we never see it, never mark it up.

A live delivery project

The pilot works best when Accord Book has real inputs: active Slack channels, a GitHub repo, ongoing client work. A 3–15 person agency mid-delivery is the right fit.

What happens after the pilot

No forced shutdown. No pressure. A clear conversion path if it worked.

Scenario What happens

The terms, in plain language

A formal pilot agreement is sent before kickoff. Here is what it covers.

What you can do

  • Use Accord Book for your agency's internal delivery work
  • Run it on your own infrastructure, under your control
  • Keep the current version running after the pilot ends
  • Receive bug fixes and security patches

What you cannot do

  • Resell, redistribute, or run Accord Book as a service for others
  • Reverse-engineer the software or use it to build a competing product
  • Remove or obscure Vector Intelligence's proprietary notices

Your data stays yours. Accord Book is self-hosted — your project data never leaves your servers. You are the data controller. We are a software supplier, not a processor of your data. EU teams: a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is attached before go-live.
